Plumber Websites in San Jose, CA

Somebody with water on the floor is not reading your About page. They are calling the first plumber whose phone number they can tap. Everything on your site should be built around that one moment.

We build plumbing websites around the emergency call. Tap to call on every screen, a dedicated page for each service you actually sell, and a Google Business Profile set up properly so you show up in the map results. Builds run $1,500 to $3,200 plus a monthly plan from $149. You own your domain and your site.

You are renting your leads, and it never stops

Most plumbers we talk to are paying for leads from a lead marketplace. You pay per lead, the same lead usually goes to several other plumbers at the same time, and you are all calling the same person within a few minutes of each other. The ones who answer first win. The ones who do not just paid for nothing.

That is not a scam, it is a business model, and it works fine as a supplement. The problem is when it is your only source of work, because the price goes up over time and you never build anything of your own. Stop paying and the leads stop the same day.

A website you own is the opposite kind of asset. It costs the same whether it brings you two calls this month or twenty, and the work you put into it compounds instead of evaporating.

What a plumbing site needs that a generic site does not

The phone number has to be tappable, everywhere

Every phone number on the site is a real tel: link, and there is a call button that stays visible while somebody scrolls. This sounds obvious. It is missing from most plumbing websites we look at, including expensive ones.

Emergency and after hours has to be answered on the page

If you take emergency calls, that needs to be one of the first things somebody sees, with your actual hours. If you do not, say so plainly, because a customer who calls at 2am and gets voicemail leaves a bad review about a service you never offered.

A page per service, not a list of services

Water heater repair, drain cleaning, repiping, sewer line, and emergency work are five different searches by five different people with five different problems. One page listing all of them is the best answer to none of them. Five pages, each written for its own problem, is how you show up for all five.

The service pages we usually build

Picked from what you actually sell, not from a template. A typical build covers four to eight of these:

Each one gets its own page, its own photos, and its own questions answered. If two services would end up with nearly identical pages, we combine them rather than padding the site out.

Booking that fits how you already work

If you run Jobber or Housecall Pro, the site can hand jobs straight into it rather than creating a second inbox you have to remember to check. If you run on a phone and a notebook, that is fine too and we will not try to sell you software you do not want.

What we will insist on is that form submissions actually reach you. A contact form that quietly fails is worse than no form at all, and it is more common than you would think. We test yours with a real submission before launch and again after.

Plumbers we have built for

Three live sites you can look at: Apollo Plumbing, JJT Plumbing and Supreme Waterworks. Open them on your phone and see how fast they load.

How the build works

We list the services you actually sell

Not a template list. If you do not do sewer lines, there is no sewer line page. Every page has to be one you could talk about for ten minutes, or it will read like filler to a customer and to Google.

We write each page for the problem, not the service

A water heater page is written for somebody standing in a cold shower, not for somebody researching water heaters. That changes the first sentence, the order of the page, and where the call button goes.

We set up the phone path

Tap to call everywhere, a sticky call button, and your real hours including whether you take emergency calls. Then we test that the contact form actually delivers, because a silently failing form is common and costs more than a bad design ever would.

We claim and fix the Google listing

Right primary category, real service area, service list filled in, photos of your truck and your work. This is what feeds the map results, which is where most plumbing calls start.

What it costs

Every price is published. These are the same tiers for every business we build for, no vertical surcharge.

PackagePagesBuildMonthly
Landing Page1$900$49, optional
Starter5$1,500$149
Growth8$2,100$149
Complete12$3,200$199

Most plumbers land on Growth at $2,100, because a page per service is the entire point and four services plus home, about, work and contact is already eight pages. Starter at $1,500 works if you genuinely do one or two things.

Every build includes Search Visibility Setup, a $970 value, plus your domain, hosting, SSL and a business email address at your own domain. The monthly covers hosting, your domain renewal every year, email, your updates and a monthly report. There is no contract and no minimum term. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

Common questions

Will I own the website and the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the website files are handed over whenever you ask. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. If you leave, you take everything with you and we give you 30 days of hosting and email to move it.

Can it book jobs into Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. If you already run one of those, the site can feed jobs into it so you are not checking two places. If you do not run any software, the form emails you and texts you and that is often enough.

How fast can it be live?

A five page site is usually two to three weeks from the day I have your photos and your service list. The longest part is almost always waiting on content from you, so if you have photos ready it moves faster.

Will this get me off the lead marketplaces?

Not immediately and I am not going to pretend otherwise. A new site takes four to six weeks before Google gives it much traffic, longer if the domain is brand new. The honest plan is to keep paying for leads while the site builds up, then decide for yourself when to cut back.

Do I need a page for every city I work in?

Probably not as many as you think. City pages only work when there is something genuinely local on them, real jobs you did there, real neighborhoods. Five near identical pages with the city name swapped is a pattern Google flags, and it can drag down the rest of your site.

What if I already have a website that is just old?

Then you may not need a rebuild. A lot of older plumbing sites are structurally fine and just have technical problems keeping them out of Google, usually a missing canonical tag or a missing server config file. Send me the address and I will tell you which situation you are in for free.

Where to go next

Every price is on the pricing page, and the work page has real client sites you can click through. We also build for contractors, restaurants, junk removal. If you want to know whether Google and AI assistants can currently find your business, there is a free ten minute check you can run yourself.

Get the call, not the voicemail

Send me your current site or your Google listing and I will tell you what is costing you calls.
