Almost no contractor web design company will tell you what they charge or whether you own the site when they are done. Both answers are on this page. That is most of what makes us different.
We build contractor websites with published prices and written ownership terms. Quote forms that take photos, galleries of your real work, your license and bond numbers where people can see them. Builds run $1,500 to $3,200 plus a monthly plan from $149. You own your domain and your code.
Go look at the contractor web design companies ranking on Google right now. Most of them name package tiers and publish no prices at all, and the ones that address cost answer with a paragraph about return on investment instead of a number. You end up on a sales call before you know whether you can afford it.
Our prices are on the pricing page. All of them. If it does not fit your budget you will know in thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes.
This one matters more and gets asked less. A lot of contractor websites are built on platforms the agency controls, and the contract says the agency owns the copy and the photos. Stop paying and the site goes offline, and you leave with nothing but your domain.
Here is our version, in writing. Your domain is registered in your name. The website code is yours and gets handed to you whenever you ask. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your monthly plan pays for hosting, your domain renewal and your email, and if you cancel we keep those running for 30 days while you move.
A homeowner describing a job in words is guessing. A homeowner sending you four photos of the job is giving you enough to quote from, or at least enough to know whether it is worth the drive. The quote form takes project type, rough budget, timeline and photo uploads.
Whoever calls back first usually gets the job. Not because they are better, just because they were first. The site is set up so a quote request hits your phone immediately rather than sitting in an inbox you check at the end of the day.
A homeowner about to spend real money is checking whether you are licensed. Making them hunt for it costs you jobs. It goes in the footer of every page and on the about page, along with how long you have been doing this.
Most contractors we talk to are buying leads, and the same lead is usually sold to several contractors at once. It works, it is expensive, and it stops the moment you stop paying. Your own website is the opposite. It is slow to start and then it keeps working.
The honest sequence is to keep buying leads while the site builds up, watch your Search Console numbers for a few months, and cut back when your own traffic can carry some of the load. Anybody telling you a new website replaces paid leads in month one is selling you something.
Live work you can look at: Nuñez Tree Service and Precision Automotive Care. More on the work page.
The license and bond numbers go on the site. The jobs become the gallery. If you have before and after photos on your phone, that is most of what we need and it beats anything we could write.
Customers do not search for your service categories, they search for their problem. Kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, room addition and deck build are four searches. One services page listing all four ranks for none of them.
Project type, rough budget, timeline and photo upload. Then it routes to your phone immediately rather than to an inbox you check at the end of the day, because on a quote request the first callback usually wins.
Not every contractor can, and a custom remodel genuinely cannot be priced on a page. But if you have a minimum job size or a typical range, publishing it filters out the tire kickers before they take an hour of your day. Your call either way.
Every price is published. These are the same tiers for every business we build for, no vertical surcharge.
| Package | Pages | Build | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing Page | 1 | $900 | $49, optional |
| Starter | 5 | $1,500 | $149 |
| Growth | 8 | $2,100 | $149 |
| Complete | 12 | $3,200 | $199 |
Most contractors land on Growth at $2,100 or Complete at $3,200. If you run several trades under one business, remodeling plus roofing plus concrete, you want the pages to separate them, because those are three different customers searching three different things.
Every build includes Search Visibility Setup, a $970 value, plus your domain, hosting, SSL and a business email address at your own domain. The monthly covers hosting, your domain renewal every year, email, your updates and a monthly report. There is no contract and no minimum term. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Between $1,500 and $3,200 depending on how many pages you need, plus a monthly plan from $149 that covers hosting, your domain renewal, your business email and your updates. Every price is published on the pricing page. A five page site is $1,500 and that covers most contractors starting out.
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and transferred to you whenever you ask. The website code is yours and gets handed over on request. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. This is worth asking every company you talk to, because many of them own your site and your photos and will not say so unless you ask.
Eventually and partially, if you give it time. A new site takes four to six weeks before Google gives it real traffic and longer if the domain is new. Keep buying leads while it builds. I would rather tell you that than promise you something that does not happen.
A page per service, yes, that is how the build is structured. City pages only if there is something genuinely local to put on them, real jobs and real neighborhoods. Near identical city pages are a pattern Google penalizes and I will not build them just to inflate a page count.
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things on the site. Photos let you quote or disqualify a job without driving out to look at it, which is time back in your week.
You do not have to publish a full price list. What works for custom work is a minimum job size or a typical range, something like most kitchen remodels run between X and Y. That filters out people who were never going to hire you and saves you the drive. If you would rather publish nothing, that is fine too.
Every price is on the pricing page, and the work page has real client sites you can click through. We also build for plumbers, junk removal, restaurants. If you want to know whether Google and AI assistants can currently find your business, there is a free ten minute check you can run yourself.
Every price is published. Send me your site or your license number and I will tell you what I would do.
