No analytics, no cookies, no pixels. Here is exactly what I collect and what happens to it.

The short version: I do not track you, and my hosting company does a little. I run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. My host, GoDaddy, adds its own small tracking script to every page it serves and sets four cookies for its own traffic counting. I did not put it there and I cannot remove it by editing my own files, so rather than pretend it is not there I have set out exactly what it is below. Everything else I collect only when you type it into a form or buy something, and I never sell it, rent it or trade it to anybody.
Fouro Digital is a sole proprietorship operated by Albert Ayala in San Jose, California. There is no company behind it and no third party handling your information on my behalf beyond the service providers named below. I want to lead with this because it is unusual and it is the truth, and you can verify all of it yourself by opening your browser developer tools on any page here.
No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, and no alternative analytics tool on this website. I do not know how many people visit, which pages they read, or how long they stay.
No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn or TikTok tag, no retargeting of any kind. You will not see ads for me following you around after you visit.
No session recording or heatmaps. Nothing records your mouse, your scrolling or your keystrokes.
No third party scripts that I chose. Every page here is hand written and loads nothing from anybody else, with one exception I do not control and describe in full in the next section.
No selling, renting, trading or sharing your information for anybody else’s marketing. Not now, and if that ever changes this page changes first and it will be obvious.
My hosting is with GoDaddy, and GoDaddy inserts a small script of its own into every page it serves. It is called tccl.min.js, it loads from img1.wsimg.com, and it is there for GoDaddy’s own traffic measurement rather than for anything I asked for or can see the output of.
It sets four cookies in your browser: _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, _scc_session and timezone. The first two recognise a returning browser, the third tracks a single session, and the fourth records your timezone.
I do not receive any of that data and I have no dashboard for it. It is not in my HTML files, it is added by GoDaddy’s servers on the way out, so I cannot delete it by editing my own website. GoDaddy’s handling of it is covered by their own privacy notice.
I am looking into whether it can be turned off on my hosting plan. If it can, it will be, and this page will say so. If you would rather block it in the meantime, any standard content blocker stops it, and nothing on this site breaks if you do.
I could have left this section out and most people would never have known. That felt like exactly the sort of thing this page exists not to do.
When you fill in the contact or quote form. Your name, your email address, and whatever you tell me about your business and your project. If you attach a logo or photographs, I receive those files. That form is handled by a Google Apps Script running in my own Google Workspace account, and the result reaches me as an email.
When you buy something. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, not by this website. Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, billing address and card details, and passes me your name, email, phone, business name and website. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe also records the date and time you agreed to my terms. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it, at stripe.com/privacy.
When you email me. Your message and your email address sit in my Google Workspace mailbox, the same as any email.
Server logs. My hosting at GoDaddy keeps standard web server logs, which record IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. That happens at the server level on every website on the internet. I do not read them for marketing and I have no tool that turns them into visitor profiles.
Four companies, each doing one job. I have no advertising or data broker relationships with anybody.

This section is for clients rather than visitors, and it matters more than the rest.
When I build and host a website for your business, people fill in your contact forms and that information belongs to you, not to me. You decide what happens to it. I hold it only because it passes through hosting I operate, and I handle it on your instructions. I do not use your customers’ information for my own purposes, I do not market to them, and I do not move it anywhere you have not asked me to.
If you leave, your domain and your website files come with you, as the terms spell out. Any customer data sitting on that hosting is yours to take, and I will help you get it out.
Your own website needs its own privacy policy. The same California law that requires this page requires one on yours if you collect anything at all through a form. If I built your site and it does not have one, ask me and I will sort it out.
California law requires me to tell you how this site responds to Do Not Track browser signals. I do not track you across websites, whether you send the signal or not, and I have nothing that would behave differently if you did. The one exception is my host’s script described above, whose behaviour is set by GoDaddy rather than by me.
Quote enquiries that go nowhere I clear out after about a year. Client records, contracts and payment history I keep for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Server logs rotate on my host’s own schedule, measured in weeks rather than years.
If you want something gone sooner, ask, and I will delete whatever I am not legally required to keep.
You do not need to cite a statute and you do not need a template letter. Email hello@fourodigital.com and ask for any of this:
Tell me what you have on me. I will write back with it.
Correct something. Wrong phone number, wrong business name, changed email.
Delete it. I will, except for records I have to keep for tax purposes, and I will tell you plainly which those are.
Stop emailing me. Say so once and it stops. You will never need to ask twice, and there is an unsubscribe on anything I send that needs one.
I answer within 48 hours, usually much faster. I will not charge you for any of it and I will not make you jump through hoops.
This site is served over HTTPS, payment details never touch my systems, and my accounts have two factor authentication on them. Those are real protections and they are the right ones for a business this size.
What I will not tell you is that any of it is unbreakable, because nobody can promise that and the people who do are the ones you should worry about. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected your information, I would tell you directly rather than hope you did not notice.
This is a website about buying websites for businesses. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
I serve small businesses in San Jose and the greater Bay Area, and everything I hold is stored in the United States. I am not marketing to anyone in Europe or the United Kingdom. If you are outside the US and you contact me anyway, understand that your information will be handled here under United States law.
I update this page whenever the website changes in a way that affects what is collected, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened. If a change is significant, meaning I start collecting something new or a new company gets involved, I will say so at the top rather than quietly editing a sentence and hoping nobody compares versions.
The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you used the site.
