AI will not run your business. It gets things wrong, it makes things up when it does not know, and somebody has to read what it writes before it goes to a customer. What it does well is the first draft, the research, the repetitive writing and the blank page. For most owners that is several hours a week, not a miracle.
If your work is almost all hands on and you rarely touch a keyboard, a full setup is probably not worth it. One small thing might be, like answering missed calls or replying to reviews, and I will tell you that on the assessment instead of selling you a package.
If you need custom software, an AI system wired deep into your operations, or anything that touches medical or legal records, you need an engineering firm or your IT provider, and I will say so on the first call.

Yes, and you pay the vendor directly, not me. Most paid plans run about $20 to $30 per person per month. The accounts are in your name with your card, so you own everything if we stop working together.
It depends on the information and the plan you are on. Every setup includes a one page guideline written for your business: what is fine to paste, what never goes in, and which privacy settings to turn on. If you handle medical records or other regulated data, tell me on the first call because that changes which tools are allowed.
Basic ones, yes: connecting a form to an email draft, a lead to a follow up, a review to a suggested reply. I use no-code tools so you are not locked into custom software. If you need an engineered system with its own monitoring, I will say so and point you to a development shop.

No. The assessment and the setup packages are one time. The monthly plans are for owners who want someone to keep improving things, and they are month to month.
The assessment is one 60 to 90 minute conversation and you get the written report within 3 business days. AI Business Setup takes about 2 weeks, Pro about 3 weeks, and Transformation 4 to 6 weeks depending on how many people are involved.
