Your domain is registered in your name and the website code is yours. Hosting and business email run on my accounts and are paid by the monthly plan. If you leave, you get the domain and the files and 30 days to move them, and I help with the move. No cancellation fee.
Yes, on Starter and up. It is the same $750 package I sell to businesses that already have a site: Google indexing fixed, Business Profile set up, structured data and AI crawler settings, Search Console with a baseline report. A Landing Page gets the Business Profile link and Search Console only.
No, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. This fixes the technical reasons Google cannot see or trust your site and sets up the profile Google shows for local searches. Rankings after that depend on reviews, proximity and the pages on your site. I tell you which of those you are missing in the report.
For the diagnosis, no. I run the first check from the outside and send you the results within 24 hours. To fix things I need hosting access, which we set up on the consultation call. If your site is on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy Builder I can do most of it; I tell you what I cannot before you pay.
Yes. Most clients are in the South Bay: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Fremont, Gilroy. The work is remote, so anywhere in the Bay Area is fine, and I have clients further out.
