Hand coded sites for small businesses in San Jose, in English and Spanish. Four sizes, fixed prices, and a real preview within 48 hours of starting.
Every one is hand coded, mobile ready, and includes the Search Visibility Setup that I otherwise sell for $750. Pick by how many pages your business actually needs, not by how much you want to spend. If you are not sure, tell me what you do and I will tell you which one I would build.
One page that does one job. For a single offer, an ad campaign, or a business that needs to exist online this week.
25% deposit. Balance of $675 due at launch. Non-refundable, because I start straight away.
The one most small businesses actually need. Enough room to explain what you do without padding it out.
25% deposit. Balance of $1,125 due at launch. Non-refundable, because I start straight away.
For a business with several distinct services, where each one deserves its own page and its own search results.
25% deposit. Balance of $1,575 due at launch. Non-refundable, because I start straight away.
For an established business with service areas, a menu, or a reputation worth showing off properly.
25% deposit. Balance of $2,400 due at launch. Non-refundable, because I start straight away.
Prices are fixed and agreed before anything starts. Deposits are non-refundable and every checkout asks you to agree to the terms first, which spell out exactly why.
This is the part most agencies leave vague, so here it is plainly. The monthly is not a maintenance fee bolted on afterwards. It is what keeps your website switched on, and it is required on every build for a reason worth saying out loud: the hosting, your domain renewal and your SSL certificate all run through my accounts, and I pay for them every month whether you think about them or not.
So the monthly is not optional in the way a service contract is optional. It is closer to the electricity bill. What you are not paying for is a platform licence. There is no Wix or Squarespace subscription underneath this, because the site is hand coded and belongs to you.
The $49 plan, on the Landing Page build. Hosting, your domain renewal every year, SSL, content updates when you need them, security monitoring, technical support with a 48 hour response, and your Search Visibility Setup kept current as Google changes things.
The $149 plan, on Starter and Growth. Everything above, plus Google Workspace business email on your own domain, a monthly health check, a quarterly SEO refresh, and a monthly report showing your traffic, your rankings and what I actually did that month.
The $199 plan, on Complete. Everything above, plus adding and removing pages as the business changes, a monthly SEO refresh rather than quarterly, Google Business Profile posts, review reply drafting, and priority support.
There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel any month, no fee. If I ever raise the price, existing clients keep their rate. The care plan page goes into more detail if you want it.
You pay 25 percent and I start immediately. Not a discovery questionnaire, not a slot three weeks out. Within 24 to 48 hours you get a link to a real preview of your actual website, with your business name and your services on it, that you can open on your phone and send to your spouse or your business partner for an opinion.
Then you tell me what is wrong with it. In your own words, without knowing any of the terminology. That is what the preview exists for, and it is a much better way to get what you want than trying to describe it in advance.
Then we finish it and put it live. The remaining balance is due at launch, before I point your domain at the new site. Two rounds of design revisions are included, and small changes like a headline or a phone number do not count as a round.
Then the monthly starts. Hosting, updates, support, and in the higher tiers the SEO work and the monthly report.
Then you may not need a new one. Plenty of sites I look at are fine, and the reason nobody is finding them is technical rather than visual: Google cannot tell which version of the site is real, or has only indexed three pages out of eleven, or the Business Profile has been sitting on the wrong category since 2019.
Your website, your Google Business Profile and your reviews work together, and a build only fixes one of the three. If what you have looks decent and simply is not being found, fixing the plumbing is far cheaper than starting over.

There is a free ten minute check on that page you can run on your own business before you spend anything.
NFC tags and keychains that open your Instagram, your Google review page or a hub of your links the second somebody taps their phone against them. No app, no QR code. They pair well with a website but they are a separate product and they work on their own.

Four ways to get a website built. The package agency column is published today on a real competitor's live site, for a five page build. I am not naming them and I am not rounding up.

Real sites, real Bay Area businesses. See them here, then call them and ask.
Your domain is registered in your name and transferred to you whenever you ask. The website code is yours and gets handed over on request. There is no cancellation fee and nothing gets held hostage.
Hosting, SSL and business email run on our accounts, and your monthly plan is what pays for them. If you leave, those get cancelled, and we keep them running for 30 days so you have time to move somewhere else. We will help you do it. There is no cancellation fee and no buyout formula.
Yes, and here is exactly why. The monthly is what pays for your hosting, your SSL certificate, your business email and your domain renewal every year. Those are real bills that do not stop after launch. It also covers the work of keeping the site current, because search does not sit still. What you are not signing is a contract. There is no minimum term, you can cancel any month, and if you do you keep your domain and your website files. The one exception is a single landing page, where the monthly is optional and you can take the files and host it wherever you like.
Because the later pages are the harder ones. The first five cover who you are and what you do. Pages six through twelve are the service pages that have to each target a different search, with their own copy, their own photos, and their own questions answered. That is where the writing and research time goes, and it is also where the search traffic comes from.
Your domain gets transferred to you and you get the complete website code. No cancellation fee. Hosting and business email run on our accounts, so those get shut off, and we keep them alive for 30 days after you tell us so you have time to move. We will help you move them. You will never have a site you cannot take with you.
The setup fee covers building the site: the design, the writing in both languages, the Search Visibility Setup, and getting your domain, hosting, SSL and business email registered and running. The monthly covers keeping all of that paid for and running after launch, including your domain renewal every year, plus your changes, your monitoring and your reporting. After the build you never get another bill to keep your website online.
Yes, and it is written by a native speaker rather than run through a translator. English and Spanish get their own separate pages so both versions can show up on Google, which is not how most bilingual sites are built.
Photography, paid advertising, and printed materials. If you need photos and do not have any, we will tell you before we start rather than filling your site with stock images of somebody else's business.
Websites are $900 to $3,200 to build, plus a monthly plan from $49 that keeps them running. The build includes Search Visibility Setup, a $970 value, and gets your domain, hosting, SSL and business email set up. The monthly covers hosting, your domain renewal every year, email, updates and reporting, so after the build you never get another bill to keep your site online. You own your domain and your files, there is no contract, and you can cancel any month.
If you are still deciding whether you need a site at all, read why a website still matters. If you want to see real client work you can click through and inspect, that is on the work page. If you want to know who is building it, that is on the about page.
I will quote you an exact number before any work starts. If a website is not worth it for your business, I will tell you that too.
