Does the person tapping need an app?

No. NFC is built into every iPhone from 2017 on and most modern Android phones. They just hold their phone near the keychain and your link pops up — nothing to download on either side.

What's the difference between the two?

The Quick Tap Keychain opens one link you choose. The Business Hub Tap opens a small page with three destinations — like your social media, your Google reviews, and a payment app — and your customer picks where to go.

Can I change where it points later?
