A makeup artist's site is not where the first look happens; that is Instagram. It is where the bride, her mother and her planner go to check prices, travel, the trial policy, and whether booking you feels safe. It has to answer all of that on a phone.

I check this against real search results in San Jose before I write a page, because the page has to match the search or it does not show. For makeup artists the pattern is consistent:
One page per service, because each service is its own search. A single "Services" page with everything on it ranks for nothing.
I will say this plainly: for bridal makeup in the Bay Area, seven of the top ten Google results are The Knot, WeddingWire, Yelp, Thumbtack or Instagram. A new site does not outrank them, and I do not sell it as if it will. The site ranks for your name and for the price and trial searches those platforms handle badly, and it is what every one of them links to. Getting you onto those platforms with a matching profile is part of the work.

The form collects the date, venue and party size and lands in your email with reply-to set. If you use a booking app, the link goes on the button.
In the Bay Area, quinceañeras alone are a reason. Spanish pages are included on Starter and up.
