What you are agreeing to when you buy something from me. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated 2 August 2026. These terms apply to every purchase made through fourodigital.com. You agree to them at checkout, and Stripe records the date and time you did.
The short version. You pay a 25 percent deposit and I start immediately. Deposits and the four search services are non-refundable, because the work begins before you would ask. You own your domain and your website files, permanently, and there is no contract locking you in and no cancellation fee.
Fouro Digital is a sole proprietorship operated by Albert Ayala in San Jose, California. There is no agency behind it and no support queue. When you buy something here, I am the person who does the work and the person you email. Contact is hello@fourodigital.com.
Website builds are quoted at a fixed price agreed before anything starts. To begin, you pay a deposit of 25 percent of the build price. The remaining 75 percent is due when the site goes live, before the domain is pointed at it.
The deposit is non-refundable, and here is exactly why. I do not sit on it. Within 24 to 48 hours of your payment you get a real preview of your actual website, built with your business name, your services and your content, at a link you can open on your phone and send to anybody you like. That is not a template screenshot and not a mockup. It is the beginning of your site, and producing it is several hours of my time that I cannot get back if you change your mind afterwards. The deposit pays for that head start, which is why it is charged before the work rather than after.
If the preview is not what you wanted, tell me and I will change it. That is what the preview is for. What the deposit does not do is come back.
If I am the one who cannot deliver, that is different. If I take your deposit and then fail to produce your preview within a week, or I disappear, or I decide partway through that I cannot do the job, you get the deposit back in full. The non-refundable rule protects me from changed minds, not from my own failure to deliver.
The Technical Indexing Fix, Business Profile Optimization, Structured Data and AI Readability, Search Console Setup and the combined Search Visibility Setup bundle are paid in full at purchase and are not refundable.
The reason is the same one. I begin the diagnosis within 24 hours of payment, and the diagnosis is most of what you are buying. By the time you could ask for the money back, the report exists.
Finding nothing wrong is a delivered service, not a failed one. If I look at your site and your setup is genuinely fine, you get that in writing with the reasoning and with my honest opinion on where your problem actually is instead. That is the answer you paid for, and I keep the fee. If you want a service that only charges when it finds something broken, I am not it, and I would rather you knew that before you buy than after.
I want this to be unusually clear, because most of this industry is deliberately vague about it.
| What | What happens if you leave |
|---|---|
| Your domain name | Yours. Transferred to you, permanently |
| Your website code and files | Yours. Handed over in full, no export fee |
| Your content, photos and copy | Yours. It always was |
| Hosting | Cancelled. It runs on my hosting account, so you will need to point the domain at a new host |
| Business email on your domain | Cancelled. It runs on my Google Workspace account, so you will need to set email up elsewhere |
The email one matters more than people expect, so read it twice. If you have been running your business on an address at your own domain, cancelling means losing that mailbox and the mail inside it unless you move it first. I will give you 30 days after you cancel to make the move, and I will help you do it, but you have to actually do it. Do not cancel on a Friday and assume it will keep working.
What you will never get from me is a website you cannot take with you.
Monthly plans are available only on websites I build, and they are required for the site to stay online, because the hosting, the domain renewal and the SSL certificate all run on my accounts. The monthly is not an optional extra bolted onto the build. It is what keeps the thing you bought switched on.
There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel any month, and there is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next charge, it does not refund the month you are in. When you cancel, the handover in the table above is what happens.
If I ever raise the price, existing clients keep their current rate. I will tell you in writing before any change and you can cancel rather than accept it.
Most projects that go badly go badly for one reason: I am waiting on something. To do the work I need your content, your photos, your logo if you have one, and access to whatever I have to change, whether that is your hosting, your domain registrar or your Google Business Profile.
If I am waiting on you for more than 30 days, I will pause the project and tell you. It is not cancelled and your deposit still counts. It just goes back in the queue behind the work that is moving, and I will restart it when you are ready.
You are responsible for the content you give me being yours to use. If you hand me photographs or text that belong to somebody else, that is on you, not on me.
Every build includes two rounds of revisions on the design once the preview is up, and I am not precious about counting. Changing a headline, swapping a photo, fixing a phone number, that is not a revision round, that is just Tuesday. What counts as a round is a genuine change of direction on the design.
Adding pages beyond what your tier includes, or rebuilding the site around a new concept after it is approved, is new work and I will quote it before I do it. I will never do extra work silently and bill you for it afterwards.
I cannot promise you a ranking position on Google, in the map results, or in any AI assistant. Nobody can, and anybody who does is either guessing or lying. What I sell is removing the technical reasons you are not found, which is a different thing.
I cannot promise a specific number of leads, calls or customers. A website is one input to that, and your prices, your reviews and whether you answer the phone are the others.
Google, Stripe, GoDaddy and Google Workspace are companies I do not control. If one of them changes a rule, a price or a product, that lands on both of us and I will tell you as soon as I know.
I do this carefully and I back things up before I touch them. If something still goes wrong, my total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid me for the piece of work in question. I am not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
Websites and email go down sometimes. I do not guarantee uptime, because I do not own the servers. What I do guarantee is that when something breaks I respond within 48 hours, and in practice much faster than that.
You can walk away at any point. Monthly plans cancel with no fee. Builds in progress stop when you say stop; you keep whatever is finished and the deposit stays with me.
I can also end it, and I will be straight about the reasons: non payment, being asked to do something dishonest or illegal, or abuse. Buying, soliciting or faking reviews is in that category and I will not do it at any price, because it risks a suspension on the listing your phone depends on.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in Santa Clara County. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
Questions about any of this before you buy? Email hello@fourodigital.com and ask me. I would much rather answer it now. Hablamos espaƱol.
