Precision services cars two ways: in its San Jose shop, and in the parking lots of large Bay Area employers while their staff are at work. Before this site, the business ran on social media only. The site had to book both kinds of customer without mixing them up, and sell the campus program to new employers.

An employee at a partner campus and a walk-in shop customer need different things. One needs their company's service day and a parking lot. The other needs the shop address and hours. Putting both through one generic contact form would mean a phone call to sort out every booking.
So the homepage splits them in the first screen, and each path gets its own form.
Each partner campus has its own service day. When an employee picks their company, the form fills in the campus location and offers only the next available dates on that company's day. Nobody can book a Tuesday for a Thursday campus.
The form also collects the vehicle details and how the customer wants to be reached, so the owner has everything he needs before the car arrives.

The campus program grows when a new employer signs on, and that buyer is a facilities or HR manager, not a car owner. They get their own page: what the program is, how the partnership works, the services offered on site, and a partnership inquiry form.
It has its own navigation and a clear way back to the main site, so it reads like a pitch, not a sub-page.

Most bookings happen on a phone. On mobile the two booking cards stay at the top, and a call button and a book now button stay on screen while you scroll.
The red and black look is built around the Precision logo,.
Precision went from no website to a site and a map listing that back each other up. This build included my Search Visibility Setup.
Any service business with more than one way to buy: mobile and in-shop, residential and commercial, walk-in and scheduled. Split the paths early and give each one a form that asks only what that customer needs to answer.
