Services / Hosting and maintenance

The part of a website that costs money every month, with the number on the page.

Every website has hosting, a domain, a certificate and someone who makes changes. The $199 template ads charge $79 to $150 a month for that forever and keep your site if you leave. Here it is $49 to $199, month to month, and you keep everything.

$49 /month

  • Small text changes, same day
$149 /month

  • Everything in $49
  • Business email on your domain
  • Content updates, photos, prices, hours
  • Monthly traffic and search report
$199 /month

  • Everything in $149
  • Quarterly SEO refresh
  • New pages as you add services

The plan starts at launch and matches the tier you built. Already have a site I did not build? Hosting and maintenance alone is the $49 plan after a one-time Search Visibility Setup, because I do not host a site I have not checked.

What you own, exactly

Your domain is registered in your name. The website code is yours. Hosting and business email run on my accounts and are paid by the plan. On cancellation you get the domain transferred, the code handed over, and 30 days to move, and I help with the move. I do not publish "you own the hosting account" because you do not, and I would rather you knew.

Questions people actually ask

What happens if I stop paying?

The site stays up 30 days. You get your domain transferred and the code handed over, and I help you move. Business email on your domain ends with the plan, so export it first; I remind you.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time. The build is paid once; the plan pays for what costs money every month.

How fast are updates?

Text me the change. Small edits, a phone number, hours, a price, a photo, are live the same day. A new page is usually within the week.

Can I host it myself?

Yes. The code is plain HTML and runs anywhere. Most clients stay because $49 a month is less than the time it takes to learn cPanel.

Tell me what you do and where

I will look at your business, tell you which build fits, and give you an exact price. Twenty minutes, free, English or Spanish.
