What we shipped recently

Most agencies bill a monthly fee and never tell you what it bought. This is the log. Written in plain English rather than in technical terms nobody outside this work would recognize.

A running record of real work on real client sites. Published on purpose, so anybody deciding whether a monthly plan is worth it can see what actually happens during a month rather than taking my word for it.

Makeup by Toni

Gallery loads three times lighter

39 portfolio images converted to a modern format, 15.9 MB down to 5.6 MB, with sizes set so the page stops jumping while you scroll. Matters most for brides browsing on a phone at a venue.

Fouro Digital

Search and AI readability pass

Structured data added to every page, AI crawler access opened up, and an llms.txt file published so assistants like ChatGPT can read the site properly.

Apollo Plumbing

Removed five hidden duplicate pages

Old backup files were being served by the server as real, crawlable pages with no canonical tag, which was confusing Google about which version of the site was real.

Precision Automotive Care

Added the missing server config

The site had no .htaccess file, so it answered on five different addresses with no redirects. Google was free to pick whichever it liked. Now there is one canonical address.

Apollo, JJT, Supreme

Fixed sitemap address mismatch

All three declared a sitemap at a different address than their canonical, which sends Google mixed signals. Corrected on all three.

Jul 25, 2026
Precision Automotive Care

Fixed duplicate page data

The site was serving two conflicting blocks of structured data, so search engines had to guess which description of the business was correct. Merged into one.

Nuñez Tree Service

Rebuilt with a mobile menu

The site previously had no navigation on phones at all. Also added the business information block that search engines read, which was missing.

Supreme Waterworks

Cut page weight by 94 percent

One logo image had been embedded eight times across three pages. Homepage went from 397 KB to 22 KB with no visible difference.

Common questions

Why publish this at all?

Because "monthly maintenance" is the vaguest line item in this industry and most people paying for it could not tell you what they got. If you are deciding whether a plan is worth $149 a month, reading a few months of this is a better answer than anything I could say in a sales pitch.

Do clients approve being listed here?

Only clients who have agreed to be named appear here, and nothing sensitive goes in. No traffic numbers, no revenue, no account details. Just what was done.

My site is on the plan and I do not see it here

Then it was a quiet month, which happens and is not a bad thing. Monitoring, backups and security checks run whether or not there is anything to report. Your monthly report always shows your own work log in full.

Want this kind of attention?

Monthly plans start at $49. Every price is published.

Los planes mensuales empiezan en $49. Hablamos español.
