Junk Junk Go hauls junk and clears out properties around San Jose. Before this site, the business lived on social media. The site had to turn "how much to haul this away?" into a quote fast, and open up a second line of steady work: real estate cleanouts.

Junk removal is priced by what you see, so the fastest quote is a photo. The site is built around that: text pictures of your junk to the number at the top of the homepage and get an upfront price back. There is an online booking option for people who would rather not text.
The other half of the business is property cleanouts for agents, landlords, property managers and investors. Those customers come back again and again, so they got their own section instead of a line on the homepage.
The real estate page talks to the people who hire cleanouts for a living. It covers foreclosures, evictions, apartment turnovers and seller cleanouts, each with its own page that explains how that job actually runs.
It answers what an agent cares about: send photos, get an upfront price, nothing is scheduled until you approve it, you do not have to be at the property, and you get before and after photos for your file.

Every photo in the gallery is a real Junk Junk Go job: garages, driveways, side yards and furniture removals, each shown as a before and after with a one-line caption of what was hauled.
For a junk removal company, the after photo is the whole pitch. Tap any photo to see it full size.

Almost every junk removal customer finds the business on a phone, often while standing in the garage they want cleared. On mobile, the book online button and the phone number sit right under the logo.
Ten pages only help if Google knows about all ten. This build included my Search Visibility Setup.
A hauler, cleaner or mover whose price depends on what the job looks like. Make the photo quote the main call to action, and if part of your work comes from repeat business customers, give them their own pages.
