What the Monthly Plan Covers

Every agency has a monthly fee and almost none of them tell you what it buys. Here is the entire list, plus the part most of them leave out, which is what happens if you cancel.

Your monthly plan keeps the site online and current. It pays for hosting, your SSL certificate, your business email and your domain renewal every year, so after the build you never get another bill to keep your website running. It also covers your changes, your monitoring and a monthly report. From $49 for a landing page, $149 for most sites, $199 for larger ones. No contract, cancel any month.

Everything that is included

What "text me what you need" actually means

This is the part that varies most between agencies, so here is the specific version. Things that are included at no extra charge, on any plan:

On the Complete plan, adding and removing whole pages is included too. On Essential, a new page is quoted separately, because a real page means real writing and photos rather than a text swap.

A full rebrand is a different thing and we will quote it. New logo, new colors, new structure across every page is effectively a new build, and pretending otherwise would just mean doing it badly.

Why the monthly is required on multi page sites

Because it pays for real bills that do not stop when the site launches. Hosting is monthly. The SSL certificate renews. Google Workspace charges per mailbox every month. Your domain renews every year. Those costs are ours to carry and the plan is what covers them.

It also pays for the work. Search does not sit still. What people type changes, Google changes how it ranks, and a site nobody touches for two years slowly stops showing up. The quarterly refresh is not busywork, it is the difference between a site that keeps earning and a brochure that ages.

The one exception is a single landing page. Those are $49 a month and the monthly is optional, because a one page site has almost nothing to maintain. If you would rather take the files and host it yourself, that is fine and we will help you move it.

What it is not

It is not a contract

There is no minimum term and no early termination fee. Cancel in month two if you want to.

It is not financing

You are not paying off the build. The build is paid for when it is paid for. The monthly is maintenance on something you already own.

It is not a hostage situation

Some agencies will take your site offline days after a missed payment and keep your copy and your photos, because their contract says they own them. That is a real thing that happens and it is worth reading any agreement for it. If you cancel with us, your domain is transferred to you, your website files are handed over, and we keep hosting and email running for 30 days so you have time to move.

Common questions

How fast do you make changes?

The guarantee is 48 hours. In practice most text and photo changes go up the same day, often within an hour or two if you catch me in the evening. If something is genuinely urgent, say so and it jumps the queue.

Is there a limit on how many changes I can ask for?

There is no counter and no hourly allowance. If you send me a change every week that is normal and expected. What would be a different conversation is a full redesign or a new set of pages every month, and I would tell you that rather than quietly billing you for it.

What happens if I stop paying?

I will reach out before anything happens, because a failed card is usually just a failed card. If you genuinely want to stop, your domain gets transferred to you, you get the website files, and hosting and email stay up for 30 days while you move. No cancellation fee and no buyout formula.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time, in either direction. If your site grows past eight pages you move to Complete. If you scale back, you move down. No penalty for either.

What is actually in the monthly report?

How many people found your site, what they searched to get there, which pages they landed on, how your Google Business Profile performed, and a plain list of what I did that month. Written so it makes sense without a marketing degree.

Where to go next

Every price is on the pricing page. The work page has real client sites you can click through and inspect. If you want to know whether Google and AI assistants can currently find your business, there is a free ten minute check you can run yourself, and the about page explains who is doing the building.
